Clients' Account Payment Options

I send out account statements to my clients at the end of each month, or sooner if a matter has been concluded.  The statement you receive will show the services rendered and the amount due for legal services (and costs incurred where applicable).  There are several options available to you for making your payments.  Choose the method that works best for you.

Option 1. Give me your Credit/Debit card information. Send me your credit or debit card information (16 digit acct.# and expiration date) either by snail-mail or by e-mail bob@millcreeklawyer.com. With this information, I can charge your designated account electronically from my office.

Option 2. Payment by Check/Mail. You may mail me your payment check by sending it to my office address shown above.

Payments into Trust Account

All advance fee payments should be provided by check, so that the funds can be deposited into a separate Trust Account (rather than my regular business account).  Trust Account funds are held under specific rules and regulations.  Advance Fee payment funds are held in the Trust Account for your benefit until you have been billed and afforded an opportunity to discuss the charges.

Payments into my Trust Account can also be made by wire transfer.  If you wish to arrange a wire tranasfer of funds into my Trust Account, please call me and I can provide the necessary instructions.
